We meet on Mondays at 10.00 and finish at 15.00 on Fridays. The compensation for the befree training is 1080.00 euros and the exam is about 6 weeks after that. The compensation for the exam is 108,00 Euro. In order to be able to participate in the training, you should be able to safely and correctly practice the 11 befree oscillations, have practiced these for 40 days or more for yourself, and be able to maintain your symmetry independently.
